Systems Test Director

Position Overview

Systems Test Director will lead the quality assurance practice in a large global software organization. The role covers validation, software automation, bench testing, on‑water testing, and the customer validation fleet. Direct reports will lead a large QA practice in an agile environment, monitoring and reporting key metrics to improve engineering outcomes. The position is located in Auckland, Tulsa, Chicago, Ensenada, the UK, and Europe, and the role will take a holistic approach to quality using root‑cause analysis and an agile mindset to create sustained improvements.
