**Job Summary and Qualifications**
As Systems Technician, you will perform regularly scheduled preventive maintenance, routine repairs and modifications to electrical, mechanical, security and plumbing systems as outlined by the Facility Systems Manager and Facility Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Works alone or with minimal supervision. Tasks are diverse and require analysis.
+ Possesses thorough knowledge of HVAC/ Electrical systems and is competent in all aspects of the job. Perform emergency service calls to diagnose, repair and service HVAC/ Electrical systems. Will perform routine preventative maintenance and Component replacement.
