**What You Can Expect**

Administer and optimize the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment. Responsible for ensuring data integrity across the product structure, auditing engineering change orders, and translating complex business requirements into technical specifications for IT implementation.

**Work Location: Bangalore**
**Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)**

**How You'll Create Impact**

+ Engineering Change Management: Audit and approve Change Requests and Initial Requests. Validate legacy data mapping, BOM structures, manufacturing site routing, and impact-analysis accuracy.
+ Systems Architecture & Optimization: Translate business unit needs into functional requirements. Draft technical Enhancement Requests for IT/Dev teams and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new builds and releases.
+ Data Integrity & Migration: Enforce strict naming conventions and metadata standards. Conduct deep-dive research into legacy systems ...
