This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional to play a key role in delivering a major business transformation programme, leading the implementation of a new CRM platform and supporting operational change across a nationwide remit.

This role will suit someone who enjoys combining project management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement and technology implementation within a commercially focused environment. Working closely with senior leadership and technology partners, you will be instrumental in shaping future ways of working and driving meaningful business change.
