• To attend to all users fault reports on L3IVCS system.
• To liaise with all Telco and overseas telephone lines providers for all telephone lines faults on L3IVCS system.
• To liaise with system contractor that lines to L3IVCS system.
• To log down all fault resolutions on L3IVCS logging files.
• To assist Air traffic controllers for all audio recording playback.

• Min Engineering Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronics / Computing.
• Knowledge of IVCS / VCS systems.
• Familiarity with audio recording and playback systems.
• Basic knowledge of IP networking, System fault isolation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with fault management and logging procedures.
• Class 3 driving license.
