Systems Engineering Manager - Lab Hardware Design

**Description:**
You will be the Systems Engineering Manager for the System Integration Lab (SIL) Development Hardware/Photonics team.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manager, Lab Hardware Design Team you will be responsible for leading and executing hardware development for SIL‑based test systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Leading a Fort  Worth SIL Development Hardware/Photonics team, directing hardware design, checkout, delivery, installation, and integration of lab test equipment.
+ Managing multiple programs across multiple Lines of Business—including direct/capital‑funded F‑35 and ADP projects, business‑development initiatives, and R&D efforts.
+ Overseeing staffing, training, and technical expertise to translate customer requirements into mechanical, electrical, and optical designs.
