Systems Engineering Manager

**Description:** The MFC Chelmsford site seeks a Systems Engineering Manager to oversee the development of the systems engineering activities across multiple programs. You will be responsible for leading and developing a systems engineering integration and test team and briefing program leadership and customers as needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining systems architecture
- Workforce planning, development, and retention
- Personnel performance, compensation and promotion planning
- Oversight of cost, technical, schedule across contracts
- Input and oversight for new business capture contract proposals
- Understanding team performance and motivating quality improvement across contracted efforts
- Interfacing with external Lockheed teams to meet commitments
