Systems Engineering Lead - Defence Industry

The role

As part of our Engineering and Sustainment Services group, the Systems Engineering Lead will lead a team of engineers in the development, integration, and support of military systems. They will oversee the entire systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to implementation, testing, and deployment. The Lead will ensure that all engineering activities comply with industry standards and project requirements while promoting innovation and continuous improvement. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective resource management, and the mentoring and development of team members to achieve technical excellence and project success.
