Systems Engineer Staff - Level 4

**Description:**
You will be the Systems Engineer Staff for the Simulation & System Labs (SSL) Team which is responsible for managing multi‑spectral lab stimulator procurement activities across Lines of Business used in the development of real‑time simulation systems.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Systems Engineer Staff you will be responsible for serving as a technical bridge between simulation lab teams and external hardware suppliers, ensuring stimulator systems meet program requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Procure Electronic Warfare (EW), RADAR, Communications, Navigation, Identification (CNI), and/or Electro‑Optical Infrared (EOIR) stimulator subsystems.
+ Develop subsystem requirements and translate laboratory customer needs into clear specifications for suppliers.
+ Manage requirements change implementation between internal engineering teams and external product suppliers.
