Requirements Systems Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support a major, mission‑critical programme. You'll work across customers, suppliers and internal teams to define, model and deliver complex system‑of‑systems solutions, with a strong focus on MBSE and requirements engineering.

The Role

Lead key engineering tasks and help shape the full systems lifecycle.
Work with stakeholders to define and allocate system‑level requirements.
Develop models, scenarios and behavioural diagrams using MBSE tools.
Capture and manage requirements in DOORS.
Oversee lower‑level designs and produce engineering artefacts (designs, FMEA, compliance reports, capacity analysis, onboarding designs).
Support architectural definition and trade studies.
Contribute to milestone reviews and technical documentation.

Skills & Experience

Strong experience with modelling tools (Sparx EA, Cameo/MagicDraw).
