SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Supporting a high number of application flows in an enterprise environment, providing a cloud‑like experience for developers, especially key trading application platforms and wealth‑management systems.
• Analyzing the infrastructure requirements for enterprise business applications and providing the required capacity, tooling and application support for production environments.
• Addressing L2 and L3 escalations, running outage bridges, and managing ITIL processes including change management, incident management and problem management.
• Driving migration projects and hygiene projects, collaborating with partner teams to achieve the goal.
• Implementing process improvements, automation and scripting.
• Providing technical training to junior members and users.
