About the RoleThe M365 & Entra Identity Systems Engineer is responsible for administering, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services within a customer-embedded enterprise environment. This hands-on technical role focuses on identity management, endpoint administration, Microsoft cloud services, and Level 2 support across the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

A key objective of this engagement is to document the existing environment comprehensively and facilitate a smooth transition to an ongoing managed services support model.
