**Title: Systems Engineer III**
**Description:** Title: Corporate Safety and Physical Security Systems Support Engineer Support and maintain CSPS Systems. • Experience with multiple ACS and VMS systems is required. • Certified in Milestone and S2 is desired but not required. • Optimizing efficiencies within the systems. • Diagnosing & troubleshooting any logical issues within the ACS and VMS. • If system issues cannot be resolved in house, a service ticket will be opened with a vendor. Service Calls • Communicate with facilities, engineering, and security officers to identify faulty doors and cameras. • Initiate service tickets with security vendors for all TRP office locations. • Coordinate service visit with vendor and on-site POC. • Support technicians when they are onsite from and S2 and Milestone perspective. • Follow up with vendor to coordinate required parts and return visits.
