+ Acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
+ Utilizing system test applications to perform testing and maintenance; assisting in developing system validation and testing methods.
+ Creating and modifying detailed drawings and/or conceptual models from layouts, rough sketches, or notes.
+ Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
