Job Purpose

The Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting IT infrastructure environments for our client's customers across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms. The role ensures the highest availability, security, and performance of servers, storage, and cloud services while continuously expanding technical expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems, Azure VMs, and Microsoft 365 cloud services.
• Monitoring & Support: Set up monitoring tools to spot performance bottlenecks, handle system patching, and resolve support tickets according to agreed SLAs.
