We are seeking a Systems Engineer to execute systems engineering tasks aimed at sustaining Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E) baselines for our cargo loader fleets. You will provide support for field and depot-level technical sustainment activities, proactively addressing issues that impact cost, schedule, or performance. Additionally, you will maintain and improve the Systems Engineering Plan (SEP) and Configuration Management Plan (CMP) to ensure the accuracy of configuration definitions for fielded and depot rebuilt assets.
Responsibilities

+ Execute systems engineering to sustain OSS&E baselines for cargo loader fleets.

+ Support field/depot-level technical sustainment activities.

+ Identify, analyze, and resolve field sustainment and depot overhaul line issues impacting cost, schedule, or performance.
