Support our federal law enforcement client:

+ Configure VMware servers and install Windows OS on VMware servers.
+ Troubleshoot Windows Server issues
+ Maintain current patch levels on server and client systems
+ Image and deploy windows 11 workstations
+ Troubleshoot user hardware and connection issues remotely via phone.
+ Maintain inventory and accountability for equipment
+ Work with vendors to support various hardware products
