+ 3 years of experience with technical infrastructure (e.g., deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting).
+ Experience with diagnostics and network diagnostics.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 3 years of experience working with vendors or customers.
+ Experience with Go or Python.
+ Experience with reliability engineering.
