About the Project

We are an industrial recycling operation currently transitioning from manual spreadsheets to a robust, web-based inventory system. We have a fully documented workflow and are looking for a technical expert to build the bridge between our material receiving process and our financial backend.

The Core Mission

• Web-Based Receiving Tool: Build a dedicated interface (no spreadsheets) to log incoming materials using standardized categories.
• QuickBooks Online Automation: Develop a seamless integration where completed receiving logs automatically trigger invoice generation in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Systems Architecture: Evaluate and recommend the best tech stack (Custom Web App vs. Enterprise Low-Code) to ensure long-term scalability.
