Principal Responsibilities

• Data extraction & manipulation
• Preparation of data to be fed into the dialer and correspondence systems
• Preparation & management of multi-channel campaigns (dialer, SMS, email, post)
• Develop and prepare statistical analysis and reporting on a wide array of data across Consumer Finance, including:-
  • CF Operational Reporting
  • Campaign Effectiveness Reporting
