• Identification of Product Engineering function scope, roles, skills, Technical Authority level, responsibilities and effort for each Product team engineering process to achieve scheduled Product releases, taking into account factors including:
• Disaster recovery, incidents, failures or outages affecting System reliability and/or availability.
• Defining and providing for an effective System Safety Management System, including conduct of regular System Safety Working Groups.
• Obsolescence and Growth (Capacity) management are key concepts to be incorporated into planning efforts
• Interfaces with other capability systems.
