Systems and Operations Administrator

What You’ll Do:

This is a dual-focus role. You are the go-to person for both our technology stack and our operational needs.

1. IT Administration (The Digital Backbone)

• SaaS Management: Oversee the lifecycle of our software stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Zoom, etc.). You’ll manage user provisioning, access controls, and license optimization.
• Device Lifecycle: Manage hardware procurement, security setup (MDM/Endpoint protection), and offboarding for a distributed team.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor basic cybersecurity hygiene (2FA enforcement, password policies, phishing awareness).
• Support: Act as the internal helpdesk—you’re the person the team calls when the screen won't share or a password needs a reset.
