To perform process improvement and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. To develop innovative IT solutions for risky and demanding business situations. To function as a specialist in a particular aspect of voice systems analysis or as in integrator of analysis and design across technology platforms, business areas, or locations. This position will commit to fostering an environment of heightened security following Information Technology Security Policies and participating in security training, such as Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), on an annual basis.
