Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Develop and maintain dashboards and reports supporting CAPEX, OPEX, headcount, attrition, hiring, and related financial and operational metrics. Integrate, validate, and reconcile data across multiple enterprise systems and data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. Design and maintain Power BI data models, measures, and visualizations for operational and leadership reporting. Partners with Finance, Business Operations, and R&D stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions. Support Planview based financial and resource reporting at the project and portfolio levels. Use Python and Excel to automate data preparation, validation, and recurring reporting processes.
