**Role Overview:** The Systems Analyst supports engineering and project management teams by maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing key lifecycle and portfolio management tools. This role focuses on Stages, Polarion, the Microsoft PPM suite, and Power Apps, ensuring these platforms are configured, integrated, and used effectively across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands on technical capability and a collaborative mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Partner with engineering, PMO, and business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
+ Administer and support **Stages** and **Polarion** , including workflow updates, template management, user access, and troubleshooting.
