Normandien Farms (Pty) Ltd, is looking for a Systems Administrator for the transport division based in Pietermaritzburg (Mkondeni).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage Mix Telematics, Dynafleet, Fleetboard, Autotrak and Fleetmove
• Managing Fuel / Toll Cards
• Monitoring Fleetboard Data and Uptime Data
• Manage Mix Telematics billing, cancellations, new contracts, Movement reports, Historical reports
• Ensure everyone receives automated reports to manage their KPI’s
• RTMS – Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with RTMS standards
• Lead RTMS Audits and correct Non-Conformances
• Full RTMS Compliance
• Sending work reports daily
• Maintain Smart Truck Standards for PBS Trucks – Permits, Drivers, Vehicles, Safety
