Job Description This position is a new role that is needed because the company is growing. They need a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a systems administrator/engineer. The client needs a plug in option, someone well rounded(Master of some). The client needs someone who is technically deep, comfortable calling vendors, a problem solver and service oriented and collaborative. They will work 5 days on site and be on-call for any network issues. This cannot be someone trying to punch-up from a helpdesk position, they are also not going to be pushing anyone to management. We really need someone strong in enterprise computer networking with some secondary system admin experience. Cisco enterprise networking and Check Point Firewall are preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of two mid-level or higher certifications from one or more of the below certification bodies: Preferred: Cisco Juniper Palo Alto Check Point CompTIA (“+” certs are considered entry-level)...
