Systems Administrator

Description
- Maintain and support on-prem server infrastructure and data center systems
- Perform VMware administration (VM deployments, changes, snapshots, troubleshooting)
- Administer Microsoft 365 environment (mailboxes, licenses, user access)
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, and Group Policy
- Monitor and support backup systems, perform restore requests
- Execute OS and application patching within maintenance windows
- Respond to alerts and troubleshoot system issues within defined scope
- Support escalations from helpdesk and coordinate with senior engineers
- Follow ITIL-based change management and documentation practices
- Participate in on-call rotation and occasional live event support
