Systems Administrator / Help Desk Specialist
Full-Time | Salary in USD | Remote
We are seeking a Systems Administrator / Help Desk Specialist to maintain, monitor, and support our IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, troubleshooting issues, and supporting cloud and on-premise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain servers, networks, and infrastructure
- Monitor systems, performance, and security (Zabbix or similar)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide Level 1 technical support and VPN/remote access support
- Support VMware virtual environments
- Assist with AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure
- Contribute to automation and system improvements
Requirements
- 4+ years of Systems Administration or IT experience
- Strong Linux and virtualization experience (VMware preferred)
