Systems Administrator

**Position Summary**
The Systems Administrator is responsible for administering, maintaining, monitoring, and improving Red River's hybrid infrastructure environment. This role supports core business systems and technology platforms including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Nutanix, Azure, AWS, backup and disaster recovery systems, and endpoint management solutions.
The Systems Administrator serves as a technical resource for infrastructure operations, participates in system implementation and improvement efforts, maintains operational procedures, and acts as an escalation point for complex technical issues. This position works closely with other engineers, security personnel, service desk staff, and business stakeholders to ensure the availability, security, performance, and compliance of enterprise systems.
