System Support Specialist

You’ll be the go-to expert for our team’s technology needs. Day-to-day, you can expect to:

• Serve as the primary support contact for the DigiMEP platform — handling customer support, system configuration, onboarding new users, and keeping survey forms up to date.

• Provide advanced technical support across hardware, software, networking, audio/visual, and telecom systems.

• Support office computers, phone systems, and computer data services for internal staff.

• Test and evaluate new technologies while maintaining current and legacy systems.

• Partner with the Chief Information Technology Officer on project planning and implementation.

• Train and empower staff with personalized, hands-on technology guidance.

• Handle employee on-boarding and off-boarding from an IT perspective, making first days seamless.

• Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements to our systems and workflows.
