- Basic knowledge on software



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system improvement projects and

ensure timelines and milestones are reached in a timely manner.

2. Coordinate with project managers, developers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure

successful project execution.

3. Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.

4. Monitor system performance, availability, and security.

5. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.

6. Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.

7. Automate routine administrative tasks

8. Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and procedures.
