Job Summary
We are looking for a System Support Engineer to manage VoIP communication systems and provide comprehensive end-user support. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Vonage and Dialpad platforms, advanced Excel skills, and strong networking fundamentals. Fluent spoken and written English skills required.
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT)

Key Responsibilities
VoIP & Communication Systems
• Administer and support Vonage Business Cloud and Dialpad platforms
• Configure and provision VoIP phones, softphones, and mobile apps
• Manage user extensions, call routing, IVR menus, and call queues
• Troubleshoot call quality issues (audio problems, dropped calls, latency)
• Configure DID numbers, call forwarding, and voicemail systems
• Monitor system performance and call quality metrics
• Coordinate with carriers for trunk issues and number porting
