Position: Technical Leadership - Power Systems Analytics (eGRID, Hatch) - Mississauga, ON, Canada.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a global team of system studies engineers.

Drive business development, client engagement, and proposal leadership to secure new work.

Perform or coordinate systems analysis activities including load-flow, short-circuit, transient stability, electromagnetic transient, and small-signal stability analysis.

Prepare functional specifications for facility requirements, and develop preliminary designs and cost estimates.

Review planning/system performance studies for compliance with prevailing standards and good engineering practice.

Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to clients.

Manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Mentor junior engineers and conduct QA reviews.
