This role ensures reliable quality patient outcomes and KPIs are standardized across laboratories, assures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies, and drives alignment and standardization among pathology groups in achieving organizational priorities and goals. The incumbent leads market chief medical directors and collaborates with medical groups and clinical and administrative leaders to deliver integrated and patient-centered laboratory services.
