Job Description

What you'll do:
Lead and mentor the team, including performance management, coaching, and professional development.
Define and enforce team standards, procedures, and best practices for system integration, development, and testing.
Lead the definition, setup, and maintenance of complex internal & external integrations.
Actively impact the product definition, technical architecture and future roadmap
Ensure all system integration efforts directly result in the integrity, functionality, and commercial readiness of the final product.
