About the role
Allegion India is seeking a highly motivated Software Systems Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of Software Engineers and Interaction/UI Designers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Allegion‘s next-generation IoT software connecting electromechanical locks and access control systems. You will provide both people and technical leadership, ensuring the growth of the Software Systems Engineering competency within the Global Software Services (GSS) organization while overseeing the integration of user-centric design into our technical ecosystems.
