• Advanced PowerShell scripting for deployment automation and system configuration
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows OS imaging and customization in enterprise or retail environments
• Expertise with MDT , PXE , and bare‑metal deployment workflows
• Solid knowledge of PC hardware fundamentals , including BIOS/UEFI, chipsets, and system configuration
• Excellent communication skills

Additional Skills

• Working knowledge of POS systems and peripheral device integration
• Knowledge of GIT/GITHUB
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management tools is a plus
• Monitoring tools – Splunk, Datadog, Docker
