System Engineer

Role: System Engineer
Client: Rackware
Experience: 1-4 Yrs
Budget – 7-10 LPA
Shift – 2PM to 10PM (US Shift)
Work mode – Remote



Roles and Responsibilities:

CDAC/SEED course or 2-4 years lateral experience

• Good understanding of operating system, file systems, and networking

• Exposure to virtualization and cloud computing – Certifications a plus

• Must have : troubleshooting skills with ability to help customers get going with workarounds, work closely with engineering team for issues seen in field.

• Understanding of AD DNS, DBs, security concepts

• Good communication skills

• Hands-on support ticketing system is a plus
