System Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Main responsibility is to install, configure, secure and deploy application server (Linux and Microsoft)
• Respond to support request and provide IT technical assistant to company employees related to the IT systems. Identify and oversee user needs.
• Identify and oversee company needs in enhancing IT system’s performance, security, and reliability.
• Conduct regular backup of servers, computers, and other IT systems.
• Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving with the company’s IT infrastructure, vendors, 3rd party contractors and other support personnel and/or organizations.
• Stays current with technological developments in the information technology. Recommend solution and method that would be beneficial to company’s business operations.
