System EngineerProviding technical and sales support for accounts and channel in assigned territory; Perform presentations (technical, products, solution) for customers, partners and prospects; Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities; Be responsible for POC testing, RFP & technical solutions drafting, competitor analysis, training materials, media soft paper and promotional documentation organizing; Internal training for sales and marketing team; external training for Channel partners & key customers; Remote and on-site support for customer technical problem On-site technical support for key customers technical troubleshooting A Bachelor’s degree in EE or CS (or equivalent) Minimum 4 years’ experience in pre-sales Strong L2/L3 expertise with an emphasis on Network Routing Protocols, such as OS...
