Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support – minimum 3-8 Years industry experience

Strong command of both spoken and written English, along with fluency in Mandarin, enabling effective communication and support for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Knowledge of Commvault Product Portfolio or any other Data Protection Solution will be desirable.

Experience working in SaaS environment is preferable

Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server and O365, Ability to troubleshoot and address issues confidently.

Knowledge or experience in Microsoft SharePoint is desirable.

Expert knowledge on Active Directory, EntraID services with troubleshooting skills

Intermediate to Advanced understanding of network principles and familiarity with network debugging tools like Wireshark, ...
