The Server Systems Engineer provides enterprise-level support for server infrastructure, with a strong focus on Linux-based systems supporting backup, recovery, and data management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot Linux server environments
• Manage OS-level issues related to backup and recovery solutions
• Work with networking teams on DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues
• Support storage integrations (NAS, SAN, RAID, NFS)
• Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis
