Texas Instruments (TI) is seeking a full-time Systems Engineer in Dallas, Texas. At TI Systems Engineers work to define and develop embedded platform software, business plans, marketing and software requirements documentation.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Leverage TI sales and industry relationships to collect, analyze, document, and communicate customer and industry requirements, conduct technical research, and consider the business development implications of platform decisions.
+ Gather and analyze customer requirements through direct engagement, including on-site visits and technical workshops. Conduct research on emerging technologies, industry standards, and competitor solutions relevant to embedded platform software.
+ Decompose high-level requirements into detailed technical specifications for platform software components, interfaces, and integration points.
