Responsibilities

• Integrate new affiliate and direct advertisers using manual setup and API integrations
• Work with both internal and external parties to ensure that technical and campaign related issues are handled quickly and appropriately with advertisers
• Focus on account management through campaign performance analysis, campaign optimization, and maximizing advertiser relationships for new opportunities
• Communicate and work closely with advertisers worldwide to provide customer support.
• Manage campaigns on an ad severing platform and explain technical integration concepts to internal teams whenever required
• Perform ongoing optimization of campaigns to ensure quality support for the advertisers and publishers.
• Assist in the technical aspects of advertiser integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary technical guidance to the advertiser
