System Engineer

JOB TITLE: System Engineer Responsibilities: Monitor and manage all installed systems, servers, and applications across on-premise and cloud environments. Set up and maintain servers, virtual machines (VMs), storage systems, and Linux environments. Perform user support tasks including onboarding and offboarding processes. Backup and restore servers, VMs, and email systems regularly. Set up and provide IT support for events and roadshows, including after-office hours if required. Maintain, review, and enhance network and cybersecurity policies (e.g., firewall, proxy, MAC whitelisting). Set up and maintain CCTV systems. Troubleshoot and manage IT incidents, including problem management and resolution. Review and assess IT-related risks, especially for network infrastructure and user access.
