System Development Engineer

Position Description :
+ The products which SYDE shall own include Inverter, boost, DCDC and OBC and other Xin1 high voltage products
+ Implement stakeholder requirement analysis and define system requirement specification including functions, performance goals, boundaries, application or even system strategies.
+ Transmit system requirement specifications to SW/eHW engineering team and bring all engineering competencies into one technical and project information page.
+ Further study eHW and SW architecture and design schemes, analyze and identify the gap between system requirements and products and try to find possible solutions to improve products performance.
+ Responsible for high voltage product trouble-shooting and issue-solving. Own or coordinate with other competencies to find root cause and solve development, manufacture or production related issues.
+ Support e-hardware and software to implement requirement and scheme design.
