Job Overview

Job Title: System Administrator Tier II Location: Amman, Jordan

Job Responsibilities

The System Administrator Tier I I Support position will be responsible for maintaining and operating a computer system and/or network.
+ Experience reviewing and deploying vendor security patches and updates.


+ Familiarity with storage technologies, including Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS).


+ Proficient in server performance tuning and monitoring tools.


+ Skilled in server configuration and management tools such as Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).


+ Strong network troubleshooting skills and understanding of networking principles.


+ Capable of producing clear and thorough technical documentation.
