System Administrator Tier 2.5 (MSP) (Plano)

We are a growing Microsoft and Google Cloud partner hiring a System Administrator Tier 2.5 to support hybrid client environments across cloud, servers, endpoints, networking, security, and project work.

This role is ideal for someone with MSP or multi-client IT experience who enjoys escalated support, client-facing technical ownership, and small to mid-sized project delivery. You will act as a key technical contact for clients, mentor junior technicians, and help improve cloud security, endpoint management, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key technical contact for clients and build strong client relationships
• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 escalations across Microsoft, cloud, server, endpoint, and network environments
