System Administrator

At AD4Octogono we are looking for a hands-on and proactive Systems Administrator to provide technical support to end-users and help maintain both local infrastructure and cloud environments (primarily AWS).

This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who combines solid troubleshooting skills with a desire to grow in cloud technologies.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support to internal users (hardware, software, network, mobile devices).
• Perform basic administration of Windows.
• Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripheral equipment.
• Handle and track IT tickets using an ITSM tool (JIRA).
• Assist with cloud infrastructure tasks on AWS (basic monitoring, deployment support, access management).
• Maintain technical documentation.
